What are you eating
I have been hearing and seeing a lot people talking about over eating and eating junk over the last few weeks. I know that having everyone at home means fixing more meals, I'm not really a gourmet cook, but I try to fix something healthy throughout the day for my family. I believe we should also do that in the spirit. Instead of reaching in the cabinet for the chips, pray, or call someone to encourage them, instead of reaching for the cookies or cake, reach for your bible or play bible trivia with your family. The next time you start to drink the soda or in my case sweet tea, drink water and turn on some praise and worship music. I'm not trying to be preachy just trying to maybe help someone out because eating out of boredom or because you are depressed is a very bad habit to get into and a very hard one to get out of.
