Not a One Time Event
Well…….. here we are once again talking about something that should be automatic. I saw something posted yesterday that had me thinking about the way we approach things in church, life, jobs etc. I know that this blog doesn’t pertain to everyone or every church, workplace or family. I have saw a lot of youth groups going to youth camp, and churches doing VBS including my church. One of the problems with all of those things is we hype young people up for a once a summer event and they come back either pumped at an experience they had or they come back with more questions than they went with. All the while the adults are basking in the joy of said campers, not really fully understanding what their needs are. Here again I understand that not everyone is like this so please don’t throw rocks at me, just hear me out, because I’m just as guilty.
